CHARLES R. (“DICK”) HART, JR. has been active in representing medium-to-large corporations, business cooperatives and handling real estate, tax, probate, and estate planning matters for many years. Mr. Hart earned his B.S. at UCLA (1961), his LL.B. at Hastings College of Law (1964) and his LL.M. at New York University (1970). He was admitted as an attorney in California in 1965 and in 1971 was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He holds memberships in the American Bar Association, the Santa Monica Bar Association (former Trustee), the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Mr. Hart also lectures on tax-free real estate exchanges and other real estate matters throughout the state and is a member of the Santa Monica Rotary Club.
